Age Esteem – at Any Age!
Age Esteem – at Any Age! will be the theme of the lunchtime seminar by Bonnie Fatio, founder of AgeEsteem, sponsored by the WHO (World Health Organisation) HQ Staff Association on Wednesday 1 October to mark the International Day of Older Persons. Bonnie will be giving tips and facts to help you to feel good about yourself, whatever your age. Whether you are preparing for retirement with two or three more years with the Organisation, or younger in your mid-forties, it is time to start now to build for a meaningful future.
Age Esteem’s vision of a world where people of all ages are respected as contributing members of society aligns well with the International Day of Older Persons.

Feel Good about Yourself – At the Age You Are
- Do you feel people define you by your age rather than who you really are?
- Are you tired of seeing ageing being treated as a disease?
- Do you feel a loss of confidence related to age?
- Do you feel weighed down by regrets?
- Do you fear the future?
If you answered yes to any of the above then this seminar is for you.
Whether you are a healthcare professional, family caregiver, government official, teacher, parent, grandparent or business professional, how you relate to yourself at the age you are today is an essential key to being successful in what you do.
Going beyond exercise and diet, Bonnie take us through a holistic approach to a healthier, happier lifestyle beginning with your basic desire to feel sensuous, successful and significant at every age. And, yes, this is equally applicable to you men!
Bonnie has presented AgeEsteem at the World Health Organisation, Geneva, Switzerland; the World Council of the YWCA in Nairobi, Kenya; Women’s International Networking Global Leadership Forum, Paris; Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations, New York and more.
