Something Is Fishy

The expression, something is fishy, seems appropriate as we receive mixed messages concerning the benefits of eating fish for our aging bodies.

For years we have been encouraged to eat fish. Latest studies show that salmon, even though it is valuable and efficient against cardio-vascular disease, is now known to be polluted and can be dangerous to your health. Also antibiotics are used in some farm-raised fish and seafood which raises health questions as well.

It is recommended not to eat more than two or three portions of fish each week and to alternate fatty fish with non-fatty fish.

Lemon – A Friend To Aging Bodies

Lemon is indeed a friend to aging bodies and to how you feel about yourself, your age esteem.

Lemon offers much more than vitamin C.  It is known to help in easing the pain of acne, prostate and arteriosclerosis. It even benefits weight loss.

For beauty treatments, lemon aids in eliminating spots on the skin, destroys dandruff and beautifies nails.

Two other practical benefits: Lemon also chases mosquitoes away and helps to prevent tears when you are peeling onions.
