There was once a spirited scheme
Which they cleverly named “Age Esteem”,
It teaches all ages
Just how one engages
To live to the fullest each dream.
So how does a person first start,
When they think Life’s falling apart?
You can wake up and say
“Hooray for this new day!”
“I’m alive and I’ll strive to live smart!”
